"スタッフが親切（英語が話せない人が多いけど）、ロケーションがいい、ドミトリーの部屋が広い、二段ベッドは広いし高さもあってゆとりがある、各ベッドにライトと電源がついてる、朝はコーヒーが自由に飲める、必要があれば空港までのシャトルバスを手配してくれる"

"シャワーは温水が出なかった、外から戻るときに毎回呼び鈴を使うかWhatsAppで連絡しないと玄関のドアを開けてもらえない"

"Cute, interesting decor. Lovely big Avocados but gave big fright when they fall on the roof."

"There could be more hooks to hang things in the dorm. Hardly any English spoken or understood which was hard plus there was no tourist info on any tours or busses etc so I feel it's not really a Hostal for travellers. The shared bathroom for the dorm could be improved a bit too."

"Nice hostel run very well. Included breakfast and coffee were excellent. Wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were extremely attentive to whatever I needed. Kept very clean."

"Laundry service was expensive but a place nearby to get it done with prices more in line with the norm for Santa Ana."

"Felt very welcomed by the staff. Brian was so helpful and actively keeping the place clean. Brenda took us out to sample the local nightlife which was great fun! Great local guides. Double beds in the shared dorm were a bonus."

"Location is top, just a few blocks from the central square. Hostel is generally quiet."

"The fact that my private room could be locked from the outside was a little troubling.. also there was just one toilet combined with a shower for the 6-bed dorm plus 2p private which is way too little for when the hostel is full. Especially when you're not feeling well and you have to wait for the toilet to become available..."

"Fantastic stay we booked a room with a balcony looking over volcano it was amazing watching sunrise every morning The restaurant was fabulous with amazing music from our era 70’s 80’s Pool was a bonus Breakfast was good only thing was it didn’t start until 8 Staff were great so were the margaritas and food Would definitely recommend this hotel and the rooms with the balcony Just so you know it is hard work walking to town if you have mobility problems as streets are cobbled You can get small taxi car if needed"
