"スタッフがとても親切だった！アクティビティのツアー予約も対応してもらえた。たくさん歩くツアーに申し込んだが、スポーツスニーカーが必要で、安く買えるお店を紹介してもらえた。地元の人が訪れるようなお店で、中古だが状態の良いスニーカーを安く手に入れることができた！ホテルの1階にはマッサージ店があり、寝る前にマッサージに行けて良かった！ホテルの立地はとても良く、Saturday MarketやSunday Marketも徒歩圏内！周辺にはコインランドリー、両替所もあって不自由無し！Freeバナナ、コーヒー、ウォーターサーバーもあってサービスに満足した！"

It’s very clean, well-maintained, and ideal for groups—thanks to two spacious bathrooms, one of which includes a large bathtub. The living room sofa doubles as a comfortable extra bed, making it easy to accommodate up to 6 guests. The Crest Santora is ideally located right by the beach and offers multiple beautiful pools, including one just steps from the shoreline. For convenience, an ATM, 7-Eleven, KFC, and Makro supermarket are all within walking distance, while major shopping malls are just a short Grab ride away. The host, Pong, was super friendly and always helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here and will come back. The staff, from security personnel to the cleaners, were all so friendly."
