"we had our own space, front room, bedroom and bathroom , great air conditioning in the bedroom, lots of water supplied, and the beds are huge. my family of 5 have just checked out and enjoyed our stay very much. there is a microwave and a hot water pot available in the room and a big fridge . There was a cot available for our 1 year old , and the washing facilities were great. the owners mother was wonderful and she hung out and dried all of our clothes, folded them so beautifully and also got my baby boys clothes looking brand new again. She really was wonderful and I want to take her to England with me. absolutely recommend this place for families and we would defiantly stay here again if we return to Chiang mai"

"Nous avons apprécié la proximité de l’hébergement, proche de plusieurs restaurants, bars, laverie, 7/11, et des différents centres d’intérêt. Rose est très réactive et a su se rendre disponible chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. La cour extérieure est agréable. Possibilité de laisser ses affaires avant le check in et après le check out."
