"San and his wife and team are exceptional and went above and beyond in helping us and making our stay comfortable. They made the holiday for us and took us wherever we wanted to go. They were kind and thoughtful and cleaned every day. The gardens are beautifully tended and lovely houseplants inside too. The house is simply stunning."

"Nothing. Although being up a steep hill means we felt unable to hire bikes as we felt it was a little too hairy for us as inexperienced on bikes but San drove us everywhere."

"Great Villa in the hills behind the city. Nicely furnished. Very courteous staff, providing cheap laundry service and taxi drives (1 drive to the city and back was free per day. Amazing views!"

"It may be a little worn in places, and you should be aware that the road to the villa is very steep in some sections (a powerful motorbike is recommended)."

"The view is amazing, you can look at the sunset from the terrasse. The house is great as well, very comfortable and the team is so nice, they took us to the beach, cleaned the house everyday. It was perfect!!!!"

"The place lives up to its name 'Perfect View'!! The view was immaculate from the living room and all rooms. Plus the pool was an extra bonus! We started with a little hiccup with the initial communication as we did not have Whatsapp (not aware they were waiting at the ferry pier to pick us up and drive us to the villa) however once we realised they used it to communicate everything was smooth sailing for the 5 days we were there. The property manager was so lovely and very prompt with responding to all our requests at any time of the day ! He had a large list of recommendations of places to eat and things to do around Koh Tao which was very helpful. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back :)"

"The view from outside the villa by the pool is 10/10. All rooms were very spacious and had a great view out to the ocean. There were multiple areas to relax/chill. The staff went out of their way to help ensure we had a great stay, helping to organise activities, drop offs to the supermarket etc"

"The only downside is that there is quite a steep hill to get up to the villa - however this is worth while for the view at the top. The staff provide one free return taxi a day and food could be delivered from restaurants to the villa to enjoy the view if wanted."
