"チャーリービーチまで10分、集落までは20 分程で歩いて下りて行ける健常者にはベストな位置。熱い砂浜とレゲエとバイク騒音に飽き、静かで涼しい木陰とプールで休みたい人向け。再訪でバンガローをランクアップ。前回の不便箇所が改善されていて大満足。自然味あふれるここの良さは家族のような空気感で、給餌のおばさんが見当たらない分を５匹の犬猫が補っている。客の要望には抜群の連係で対応していた。"

"水の出が悪い、飲み水が足りないと苦情を言う客がいたが、前の水源池の貯水率が30%ほどなので、客側にも渇水の離島苦のことを考えて欲しいと思う。"

"It was quiet. They have a lovely heated pool. Staff were exceptional. Took me to the beach and back or to the shops. You can hire a motorcycle. Free breakfast. They will make lunch but not dinner. It’s in between Charlie beach and Sivalai beach. Getting a lift from a taxi is 50baht 🙏🏽"

"This is our first family holiday in 2026 and the celebration of my husband's birthday, the staff and owner are very friendly they arranged complimentary cake and given some idea how to surprise my husband on birthday, we stay 3days at this resort, due to I'm driving from Kuala Lumpur to Trang it take 18 hours long drives we getting tired on the first day not much activity and time to explore the koh mook, will repeat again next time with proper plan, thank to BIK for prompt response on my questions as other can't communicate in English,"

"I booked a package island tour snorkeling for 2 adults 2 kids with a price of 3200bath, from 8am-4pm as mentioned by BIK ,first place the boat tour guys 1 old man 1 young boy,brought us to emerald cave,we spent there it just for 15 minute and young boy said need to be quick as letter a lot of people during lunch, but we just arrived at 915am not much people still more time to go why young boy said that? then they brought us to a snorkeling place I'm not sure what island as they did not explain, I see a lot of boat parked there with a lot of people snorkeling, We spent only 20-30 minutes there then go to koh kradan for lunch and swiming we reached to kradan around 12pm then boat guy said this is last stop as 1pm need to go back, then I called hotel asking to reconfirm my pakage snorkeling tour hotel staff call boat guys to extend then boat guys bring us to island with birdnes cave for snorkeling for 20 minute,then reached hotel 2pm,as is a first time for my kids going for snorkeling holidays they are not enjoy because of short of time, I'm disappointed on this it same like I'm paying for pakage 2000bath half day tour, I'm not sure if hotel resort take commission on this or did not explain to boat tour guys, next time please give clear information and get tour boat guys know to explain to guest every place and make guest enjoy every moment of the tour, Other : issue we requested small birthday decorations but I don't see any difference from other rooms, After checking in 5 minutes we found baby pampers hanging on the bathroom cover on light, water pressure very slow, dog sleep around on our chalet the trash gets out of the trash can because of the dog then I have to sweep it all time."
