"I could see they spent extra on various things to make the stay nicer. For example, the mattress has a latex topper, which most would consider an upgrade. And the sheets were more like you'd find in a deluxe hotel than an inexpensive hostel/hotel. The towels were also good quality, not cheap, thin towels. It's a nice place for a night's stay."

"Small things could be improved for very little money, but leave a better overall impression. Good for getting guests to stay there again, later. For example, the bedside light was just a cord with an exposed bulb. Very cheap looking. A small lamp instead would be better and not expensive. And having the small refrigerator sitting in the floor instead on a table, also looks cheap. These are small things that could create a negative impression, even though there's nothing actually WRONG with them!"

"การบริการของพนักงานที่ดี สอบถามอะไรก็ตอบแบบดีเลยคนกันเองสุดๆ การ service ของ ได้เป็นน้ำเปล่าคืนละสองขวด พนักงานจะมาวางไว้หน้าห้องตอนเช้า โดยส่วนตัวมองว่าห้องพักกับราคาค่อนข้างที่เหมาะสมและคุ้มค่า ให้ความรู้สึกแบบชิวๆเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ถ้ามีโอกาสก็จะแวะมาใช้บริการอีก (ได้ห้องที่อยู่หน้าตึกเลย เปิดหน้าต่างก็คือเห็นถนน กับรางรถไฟ)"

"โลเคชั่นที่ตั้งอยู่ของที่พักที่นี่ ติดอยู่กับถนน และอยู่ใกล้ๆกับรถไฟ ทำให้เกิดมลภาวะของเสียงเป็นปกติ สำหรับคนที่มีปัญหาเรื่องนี้อาจจะต้องพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เพราะยิ่งช่วงกลางคืนจะมีเสียงที่ดัง ทำให้สะดุ้งตื่นได้เลย การทำความสะอาดดีอยู่ในระดับนึง พวกเก้าอี้หรือโต๊ะหน้าทีวีมีฝุ่น แต่สามารถเช็ดเองได้ ที่เหลือปกติพื้นสะอาด กลิ่นผ้าปูที่นอนมีความอับๆนิดหน่อย ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้ แต่นี่พกไปเอง มีกลิ่นห้องที่อับ อาจจะต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง ระบายอากาศให้ถ่ายเทก่อน เปิดแอร์ก็ดีขึ้น แอร์ฉ่ำ ห้องน้ำอาจจะมีความเก่าหน่อย น้ำไหลแรง สะอาดอยู่ แต่ก็ไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรใช้ได้ตามปกติ มีช่องว่างประตู ทำให้เวลาคนเดินผ่านไปผ่านมา พูดคุยแบบปกติก็ได้ยินหมด"

"J'avais choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il était à moins de dix minutes à pied du lieu où je me rendais à un congrès professionnel, le critère de proximité est à peu près le seul qui se soit révélé satisfaisant. je dois ajouter que la chambre était propre quand je suis arrivée (mais le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant une semaine ni les poubelles vidées, j'ai du le faire moi même) que la clim fonctionnait, que des bouteilles d'eau sont offertes chaque jour et que la literie est correcte."

"la liste est longue : marteau piqueur dès 8h le matin (dans l'immeuble voisin, pas de responsabilité de la pension, mais ça transforme chaque réveil en cauchemar), chambre à la déco triste et donnant sur la quatre-voies, traces de salpêtre sur les murs, ménage dans la salle de bains jamais fait pendant une semaine, et j'ai du aller réclamer le papier toilette. la personne qui est à l'accueil la plupart du temps est de très bonne volonté mais ne parle pas anglais. certes c'est un hostel low cost mais quand même. à éviter absolument sauf si comme moi vous devez résider à cet endroit très précis de Salaya."
