"チェックインのとき係りの男性は冷たい印象だった。数時間後エアコンが壊れ、その男性に言うと「30分待ってください。善処します」とはいうもののその言い方も事務的で、半分諦ていた。が、その後しばらくすると「１時間後に部屋を替えます」とまともな対応をしてくれ、その後何度も謝ってくれた。まあ個人の個性なんでしょう。ここで話をしてもしかたありませんね"
"一つの大きな建物に3つのホテルが混在している。パノラマの受付はその17階にあり、ちょっと奇妙な感じ。それ以外は設備面や衛生面など良好。 買い物や食事などは徒歩数分の範囲で済ませられます。が、市バス手どこかへ行こうとすると、どの停留所も1キロくらい離れており意外に不便でした。"

"At around 2 am the AC began making a loud, disturbing noise that made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there is construction across from the building, causing a lot of noise throughout the night. I understand that the property doesn’t have control over the construction, but they definitely need to check the AC and the broken windows that don’t get locked."
"he room was quite comfortable for a stay of three people. The iron and refrigerator are located outside the room and are shared. The reception staff were polite and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage until late at night. The apartment is in the same building with Firdavsi Hotel. You can book the cozy independent rooms maybe cheaper than hotel room."
