"We received a very warm welcome from the reception staff. They not only greeted us with complimentary drinks, but also upgraded our package from half board to full board, which was a wonderful surprise. All three meals were excellent, with fresh fruits and a wide variety of dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor swimming pool was large and clean. The staff were consistently kind and helpful. They provided outstanding service during the Ramadan period, even though they themselves were fasting. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the entire hotel area, including on the beach."

"The beach was somewhat spoiled by the presence of horse and camel rides. It may be a public area, so this might be beyond the hotel’s control. The smell in the public corridors was also not very pleasant."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. They made the whole experience smooth and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Lamia at the reception — she was absolutely amazing! Very kind, polite, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her positive attitude and warm personality truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!"

After another 20 minutes, we were given a room with a roof view from the window, and the room did not have the drinks and fruit that should have been provided.We booked two ocean-view twin rooms.
