"Great value for money. Well appointed room. Nice lobby bar area and sunroom area on ground floor. Staff helpful and very friendly always looking out for us as guests. The bar man brought me a coffee when he noticed I was waiting a long time in the foyer after checkout when our car broke down and was being fixed, very appreciated. Parking was great."

"Room didn’t have a bath as was advertised on here, but bathrooms were still very nice. Terrace restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and we had wanted to visit as looked great in pictures. It did take a very long time for food and drinks to arrive once ordered in the main restaurant. But still enjoyed our stay overall."

"The restaurant and bar were problematic in their service. The electronic menu didn't work and there was no back up with a printed copy. the restaurant staff could not speak English or any foreign language. This made dining very problematic . The bar did not have white wine, only red which I don't. drink. The location of the hotel is quite a distance from any restaurants or cafes in the city. Breakfast however had excellent choices."

"Otel adına her şey müthişti. Çalışanlar, odanın genişliği, konforu, eşyaları harikaydı."

"Otel yetkilileri için bir notum var. Havuza girmek istediğimde boneli olmadığı için oradan aldım. Sorun şu ki parasını hemen o anda istediler. Oda numarasına yazmalarını rica ettiğimde oranın farklı bir işletme olduğu söylediler. Cüzdanım yanımda olmadığı için tekrar odaya kadar çıkmam gerekti. Bütün keyfim de kaçtı. 100 liranın bu kadar konusunun yapılması çok iticiydi. Havuzdan sonra hamama gittim. Net bir şekilde kapanışın saat 10 olduğu yazmasına rağmen saat 9:20 den itibaran çalışan arkadaş defalarca hamama girip rahatsızlık verdi. Temizlik yapmam gerekiyor diyerek kapatmam lazım dedi. Böyle müthiş bir otele bu tarz şeyler sadece leke getiriyor."

"De locatie is perfect Zeer ruime kamers Veilig gebouw voor aardbevingsgebied Schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd Wij hadden een juniorsuite zonder ontbijt geboekt via booking, maar ivm 1 groot bed, hebben we besloten om een standaardkamer te nemen voor dezelfde prijs. Hierop kregen wij ontbijt gratis zonder het aan te geven. Tijdens de reis was ik ziek geworden en hierop waren ze zeer behulpzaam en hebben wij gratis speciale kruidenthee en water gekregen. Top service."
