"The staff was super friendly especially the tall man with the glasses and small beard that worked 3/1 at 18:00 he was the best receptionist i ever had super helpful and kind."

"This hotel's central location enabled me to walk to most of the tourist attractions within Edirne. The staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to Istanbul. I was travelling under the tight schedule. So, the hotel staff's effort was very valuable to me."

"No major issues. The reception misled me about the breakfast location, probably due to the lack of sufficient English proficiency."

"Quality of food and it’s variety was good, kids liked animation"

"The breakfast was quite poor — not very diverse and the products didn’t seem to be of good quality. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. On the positive side, the room looked nice and was actually quite comfortable. The location was also good — we reached the city center and main attractions quickly. One big plus was the free parking, which was under video surveillance. The hotel staff was friendly, although only the reception spoke English."
