"シャワーもしっかり出る。朝食も種類豊富。駅からはちょっと歩くけど繁華街に近く便利。"

"部屋が広く値段が手頃。中心部にある。レストランは安く美味しい。ただ、色々残念。"

"英語を話すスタッフが少ないのか、館内の案内が不十分に感じた。・Wi-Fi、サウナの説明がなく、後でもう一度聞きに行った。・サウナは有料(マッサージなしで一人500TL)、夜に行ったら予約してないのでダメと断られた。最初に知ってたら予約していたのに、と子供が楽しみにしてただけに残念だった。・レストランは喫煙、とても臭い。仕方なくミニバーの方で食べたが、タバコを吸ってる人がレストランのドアをわざわざ開けて吸うので、食事中に臭い空気が入ってきて気持ち悪い。子供は大のタバコ嫌いなので、食べるのをやめてしまった。あと部屋にも灰皿とマッチがあった。館内禁煙ではないのか？・部屋の壁は薄い。隣の部屋の人の痰を吐く音や、夜中の2時にガヤガヤ話してる言葉が聞こえて目が覚めた。耳栓してまた寝た。"

"I like only doorman, because he was only guy who also speak English and he was very kind, park our car, took our suitcase and every time we need something he was translating to the receptionist."

"First time they put us to the room which was without balcony which we should have from description here in booking.com and room was very cold. Later when we complained they changed room for us then all was good. Also i didn’t like when morning i entered restaurant for breakfast (3 days in row) , personals they didn’t even say hello. And also i found spoiled vegetables in buffet."

"We’ve been traveling around Europe for the last four months, and this is our 26th apartment during that time. We’ve developed a good sense of what makes an apartment great — and what doesn’t. This one is in a good location, and its price is reasonable compared with the expensive hotels nearby. It’s close to the bus stop and a supermarket, and it’s not far from the beach and the Ilica town area — all walkable. Our apartment was on the first floor overlooking the pool. It was very spacious, with two bedrooms and a nice outlook from the balcony. It was never quite warm enough for us to swim in early October, but the pool was clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the washing machine and kitchen were useful. It had good seating and a kitchen table to eat at. The apartment would be a great size for a family."

"The location was amazing right in the centre Very close to transport links and main sites. Good breakfast places in walking distance and also not far from Karakoy port (approx 15min walk) The onsite coffee shop was a delight with very good cofee and lovely atmosphere. Staff were very good. Always polite and helpful anytime of the day. There was underfloor heating which and the beds were so comfy, we had a fantastic stay and would really like to say thank you to all of the staff that were working during our stay. The pictures are true images of the hotel."
