"The hotel is very clean and comfy. The restaurant have nice food. Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city."

"I like the idea of no bottle water but please indicate it better about where the water dispenser is. I had to call the reception to know the water dispenser is next to the room 510. I stayed at the fifth floor and my room is far away from room 510! No indicate at all. Other than no clear sign for the water dispenser, I am happy about their no water bottle policy."
"The location was great with easy access to the bus and light rail which we took each day to go exploring. We would love to have visited Shalun Beach, but I couldn't get my question across to the Reception Staff about where are the places of interest to travel to. But it just showed me I should have done more research before hand."

"The rooms and especially the carpets seemed a bit worn. The pool was good, but there are just a few things to note. They require swim caps (bring your own or buy one for 100 TW$) and they are closed from 12-14. Hotel would let guests stay in pool area for a few hours after check-out, but because of the lunch break, that is not really an option."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."
