"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"

"民宿位在光復的重災區，能在短時間，重整家園，讓從外地協助光復的工人們，有舒適又乾淨的落腳處，這是我們二訪，一訪是在三年前，二訪也是住同個房間，看著過往的陳設，難免為主人家感到心疼，希望大家多來支持！"

"走進庭院可以聞得到花香。屋主有年老愛撒嬌的貓和狗，很可愛。周遭沒有什麼鄰居，非常的安靜的地方。"

"Amazing guesthouse owner, the quality of the place, possibly to do laundry, cook and just relax in the garden. It's very clean, well equipped and just amazing. The price is affordable and very good, highly recommend for foreign travellers especially by bicycles /bike, you can learn more about local life by talking to Dafne."

"A cold spell hits Taiwan. Temperatures drops to 11 degrees C. The toilet has a Japanese style bidet with heated seats that makes a huge difference when it's cold. Breakfast with a panaromic view of the river and mountains. Basin and shower both has hot water which is comfort when it's cold. The room is spacious as compared to the inner city hotels. It even has a small bahttub. I like the entrance to the hotel is off the main streets and not busy."
