"Condition of the cottage is not a new one - its quite old allready - needs a refresh. Salt room in spa zone is not working any more"
"Велика територія для прогулянок. Смачна кухня з панорамною терасою. Сніданки - шведський стіл. Кухня на всі 5 балів з 5. Просторий номер."
"Слаба звукоізоляція номеру, чутно що хтось ходить по коридору, в сусідніх номерах, однак після 22.00 тихо і це не є критично. А що критично - це СПА. воно не розраховане на таку кількість людей, оскільки СПА відкрите для всіх бажаючих і не лише гостей комплексу, в суботу і неділю - перевантажене, в басейні і джакузі фактично немає місця, хіба з ранку вставати і там сидіти до обіду."
"Рекомендую даний комплекс для сімейного відпочинку, ми залишились задоволені. У номерах тепло , чисто , присутні засоби особистої гігієни. Сніданки різноманітні і смачні . Територія велика , є де погуляти . Обовʼязково повернемось ще влітку."

"В комплексі Плесо номери економ дуже маленькі, рятує хіба номери люкс, але стеля всеодно низька. Для людини зростом 1,9м витягнути руки вгору не вийде)"
"Турботливий і приємний персонал, смачні сніданки у шведській лінії. Класна територія, дуже доглянуто та чисто. Є спа на території з басейнами, джакузі і саунами. Зручна кімната і гарний краєвид на озеро. Дуже рекомендую для відпочинку!"
