"Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Hilfe einer anwesenden Person war problemlos, was wahrscheinlich an meinen nicht so guten Englischkenntnissen liegt. Das Bett war super, weder zu hart noch zu weich. Das Sofa war in einem Top-Zustand. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Selbst als das WLAN nicht funktionierte, wurde es sofort überprüft. Der Zugang über Treppe und Aufzug war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ein Sicherheitsdienst war rund um die Uhr verfügbar. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The key handover, with the help of someone present, was seamless, which is probably due to my limited English skills. The bed was fantastic, neither too hard nor too soft. The sofa was in excellent condition. The host was incredibly helpful. Even when the Wi-Fi wasn't working, it was checked immediately. Access via stairs and elevator was also excellent. Security was available 24/7."
