"An absolutely outstanding stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, the double room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was both hearty and delicious. We chose this hostel specifically because we were also booking a two-day excursion to the Aral Sea with Besqala (who manages both the hotel and the eco-tours). It was an extraordinary experience and perfectly organized. The car was very comfortable—essential for the long, bumpy off-road tracks—and we ate remarkably well. Even though the yurt camp is understandably basic, we slept well and the staff there was truly lovely. Every site visited exceeded our expectations. Upon our return, we didn't hesitate to stay at the hostel again because our first night had been so positive. They even upgraded us to a double room with a private bathroom! We highly recommend all of Besqala’s services. A must-do!"

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back!
