"1. Always friendly and hospitable staff. 2. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere with a relaxing courtyard. 3. Adequate breakfast, food, drinks, and refreshments provided. 4. "The structure is located 10 minutes by walk from the legendary Registan of Samarkand. It is such a cozy location and the rooms are very big and comfortable as well. The owner is also very nice and welcoming: if you are lucky, she will cook for an amazing plov (uzbek rice cooked with meat and vegetables)."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
