"清潔で備品も完璧に揃っていました 住宅地ではあるが静かでとても過ごしやすい環境でした 備え付けのシャンプーも（ラックスではないほう）がとても良かった 部屋もたくさんあり友人同士でもプライバシーが保てる点も良かった Wi-Fiトラブルで連絡した折はLINEを繋いで迅速に対応いただけ助かりました"

ワーケーションで利用しましたので仕事をするためのデスク、タオル類をかけておく物干しかあると便利、掃除機もあると良かった Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなる時間帯が1日の間で必ずあった（昼過ぎが多かった）点が少し残念でした

"Nicola is a fantastic host, great swimming pool, large private garden, quiet at night…we loved it all."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Very clean, lovely setting, good size, pool lovely and private."

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

気候的・場所的に仕方のない事なんですが、蟻が一杯庭から入ってきます。蟻と共存です。誰のせいでもありません。 下の階はお湯が出ないのと、クーラーがないので（ファンのみ）日中はとても暑いので注意です。 コンセントのアダプターがないので持って行ってください。ドライヤー等はありません。

I had have to pay for electricity, second bedroom was closed because we pay for couple. No key's to main gate, need's to ask landlord to open gate every time.
