"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

"We had a wonderful time at Luke's Place back in November. Linda was a lovely host, and very knowledgeable of the area. Communication was quick and easy. Her property is in a beautiful neighbourhood and has a direct access to the beach, just a short walk from the central market. The garden was extremely well taken care of, with sunbeds to relax and a pool. The apartment we stayed in was super comfortable, spacious, clean and the bed was perfect. The best equipped kitchen in this side of the world! Other than all these things, what mattered the most, was the great feeling you're left with after staying at Luke's Place - that's the best memory. I sense we will be back in the future!"

"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.

ワーケーションで利用しましたので仕事をするためのデスク、タオル類をかけておく物干しかあると便利、掃除機もあると良かった Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなる時間帯が1日の間で必ずあった（昼過ぎが多かった）点が少し残念でした

"The check-in was smooth. Key was inside the key box, code of key box was provided. Villa is in a peaceful location. Big screen TV, Internet, netflix made stay more entertaining. Overall cozy stay."

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! (thanks so much for the coconuts!) -such a beautiful, Peaceful spot to relax Or explore! Thanks for having us!"
