廊下にいる人の声や床の音はかなり聞こえた。 トイレの水がなかなか流せない。スタッフはいない。

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.
