"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"This is beautiful property! Spacious, bright, well equipped and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the terrace. Just few minutes from Ferry by local taxi (EC& 30 in 2025)."

There are no mosquito nets. When you don’t like using AC it could be a problem.

"Stunning views close to the beach. I loved the house it was equipped with a modern kitchen and AC in the living room. The owners were so kind and provided a thorough explanation of the grounds."

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

Le propriétaire nous a aidé en ajoutant un couchage supplémentaire.

"j avais besoin d un lieu propre sur Kati, propre et comfortable. Et ce logement correspondait parfaitement a mes attentes. L hote est top."

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

"清潔で備品も完璧に揃っていました 住宅地ではあるが静かでとても過ごしやすい環境でした 備え付けのシャンプーも（ラックスではないほう）がとても良かった 部屋もたくさんあり友人同士でもプライバシーが保てる点も良かった Wi-Fiトラブルで連絡した折はLINEを繋いで迅速に対応いただけ助かりました"

ワーケーションで利用しましたので仕事をするためのデスク、タオル類をかけておく物干しかあると便利、掃除機もあると良かった Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなる時間帯が1日の間で必ずあった（昼過ぎが多かった）点が少し残念でした

"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"ランドリーが無料で使えた。洗剤も置いてくれていた。 キッチンは必要な道具全て揃っていて、食洗機もあるため片付けが楽。 冷蔵庫に前の人が置いてったものとか試せて楽しかった。 清掃はしっかりされた。 内装が可愛い、クッションやソファ。"

廊下にいる人の声や床の音はかなり聞こえた。 トイレの水がなかなか流せない。スタッフはいない。

Just the garbage in the garden, but nothing to really complain about!
