"A very central location in the heart of Hanoi in walking distance from the train station. We visited during the 80th Aniversary celebrations so came at an exceptionally busy time. The staff on reception were friendly and helped. Being an appartment block which had "hotel like rooms" was interesting - the other residents were exceptionally friendly and keen to talk to us. The pool on the top floor was amazing and the views of the city were better than other hotels and bars. Having a whole appartment for the price of a single hotel room was fantastic."
"The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It created a lovely atmosphere and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The location is excellent — central enough to walk everywhere but still peaceful.
The views from the hotel are gorgeous. From our room window we looked straight out over the lake, which was especially beautiful in the morning and evening when the mist rolled in over the water.
Rooms were cleaned every day and always kept tidy.
Breakfast was included each morning and offered a good selection to start the day.
There is also a full restaurant at the hotel with a varied food and drinks menu, which was convenient after long days exploring.
The hotel also has lift access to the upper floors, which makes moving luggage much easier.
Wifi is excellent"
