"Clean and modern hotel in the heart of Prizren. Breakfast was served im the hotel restaurant with a beautiful view from the windows. The hotel owner provided a parking space in the underground garage. I hope to return in the future!"

"Because I find difficulty climbing stairs, I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask whether there was a lift. They didn't say that the dining room for for breakfast is on the fourth floor and the lift only went up to the third floor, which was a bit unfortunate. The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible."
