"The location is beautiful and the animals in the grounds add a lot of interest to staying at the hotel. We loved the traditional styling of the hotel and rooms. Access to the Falls is easy. The staff were very welcoming and seemed happy. Bed very comfy. Plenty of complimentary water was most welcome. Breakfast fab. We did a boat safari arranged bt the lovely travel company on site, and it was a wonderful experience. The guide on the boat knew a lot about the birds and animals. I am sorry I have forgotten his name. The picnic was fun."

"The hotel was amazing, from the time we checked in to we left the staff who were exceptionally attentive and looked after us like I’ve never experienced, and the property WOW we didn’t expect to have Giraffes, Zebra, Springboks amd monkeys joint us at pre dinner drinks or around the pool."
