Needed more kitchen utensils

"オーナーさんはこまめに連絡や気遣いをしてくれたので安心できた。ロケーションは近くにモールやバスターミナルがあり、食事、郊外・旧市街・長距離移動に便利で、コンドミニアムの入口にも警備員さんがいるのでセキュリティもちゃんとしている。ご家族と一緒の入口となるが、バス・トイレと部屋はほぼ専用で使える。エルサルバドルの住宅環境を知れるのも良い経験かも。"

コンドミニアムに入るゲートの警備員さんはスペイン語しか話せない。しかしオーナーさんがスペイン語のメッセージを事前に送ってくれたので問題なく入ることができた。

"Mamelloが毎朝、気を遣って来てくれ、毎晩食事を部屋で調理してくれた。18歳の可愛い女の子です。色々な話もできて大変楽しかった。2匹のわんちゃんも含めて温かいもてなしが嬉しかった。わんちゃん好きにはたまらない宿です。レソトの伝統的な家に泊まれるのも素晴らしい体験。本物の暖炉で暖を取るのも素晴らしい経験。空港から簡単にレンタカーで来ることができる。日本と同じ左側通行、右ハンドルなので運転も楽。マセル市内は渋滞もあり、運転に気を遣いますが、Casa Tumi方向へ来る道は車がほとんど走っていないので、レンタカーに不安な方も自分のペースで楽々と素晴らしい自然を眺めながら運転できます。乗馬もおすすめです。"

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"Borel is exception in my opinion, i have visited the property two times and enjoyed my stay each time. The location is perfect if you are looking for a place to rest, privacy, good security and comfort. Bonamousadi market is not far from the residence, very easy to get into the city if you want to."

From my experience, alot has improved. The internet speed is far better, reaction time for is very good, and the staffs are true human in their interaction with me. I think they have mastered the act of hospitality. I will visit again in my next trip.

"セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心感がありました。ポーターさんもいて、客室までスーツケースを運んでくださいました。エレベータも完備されています。客室はかなり広く、2人では十分過ぎるくらいでした。調理器具を始めとして必要なアメニティなどは揃っていますので、長期滞在される方にもオススメです。清潔感があり、かなり快適な滞在となりました。また、スタッフの方は英語が通じますので、コミュニケーションには困りませんでした。翌朝のタクシーの手配なども、快く手伝ってくれました。"

事前に「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストが出来ました。そのため、てっきり両方の部屋タイプがあるのかと思っていました。宿泊日の数日前にも、上記のリクエストを問うメールがありました。私は「喫煙ルーム」を希望しましたが、現地に行ってみたところ、全室禁煙とのこと。喫煙のために、わざわざ1階に下りて、屋外の喫煙スペースに行く必要があったのはかなり不便でした。全室禁煙ならば、「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストを問い、ゲストに期待させるのはナンセンスだと思いました。なお、客室の外は吹き抜けとなっており、外と繋がっています。そのため、蚊が多い印象がありました。蚊対策のグッズは用意しておいた方が良いでしょう。

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

The room has a kind of smell that made my nose uncomfortable. Maybe my nose is just sensitive to their air freshener if there was one.

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"Friendly staff, great location"

The beds were comfortable however quite low and, as an oldie, not the easiest to get out of.

"Excellent, large clean apartment with huge beds and a cosy sun room. Well equipped and conveniently situated in a quiet friendly village."

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.
