たまたまですが、洗濯機の乾燥機能が故障していたようです。 受付に言ったところ、機械ごと交換されたそうですが。

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"スタッフはとても感じが良かった。早く着いたのに部屋に入れてもらえた。部屋が広く快適でした。洗濯機があったのが何よりよかった。"

バス停がすぐ近くだし、電車の駅も徒歩圏内だが、お世辞にもきれいな街とは言えない場所にある。路地にはゴミが堆積していて、工事の関係でとても埃っぽかった。

部屋においてあったホテルのリーフレットにはすべての宿泊が朝食付きと書いてあるのですが、実際は90BWPで頼まないと食べられません。

"Sean our host was super accomodating and made us feel comfortable in a home away from home over the Christmas period. Sean met us the airport, provided our daily breakfast and assisted us with bookings and provided his local knowledge through out stay. :-)...."

"The room was spacious. Since i was there for 10 nights, the availability of free laundry was super practical. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had the nicest fish and chips."

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary.

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"設備も綺麗でWi-Fiも速いです。 とにかくスタッフのYUKAとその家族が一丸となって、もてなしてくれます。 朝食の準備から、ツアーの手配、バスや鉄道のチケット手配、空港の送迎手配まで何でも親身にやってくれます。 今まで何ヵ国も、幾つものゲストハウスに泊まってきましたが、ここまでアットホームに親身にサービスしてくれるゲストハウスは無かったと思います。 間違い無く世界中誰にでも勧められます！"

もっとスタッフの待遇を上げた方が良いですね。
