ノルウェーのアパートメント

"空港から少し歩いた所からミクロレット10番で辿り着けます。料金もディリでは良心的で、メインストリートから離れているので静かに過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。部屋には簡易キッチンがあり、エアコン、冷蔵庫も問題無く使えました。オーナーのNitoも親切で安心して滞在することが出来ました。"

"セキュリティがしっかりしていて安心感がありました。ポーターさんもいて、客室までスーツケースを運んでくださいました。エレベータも完備されています。客室はかなり広く、2人では十分過ぎるくらいでした。調理器具を始めとして必要なアメニティなどは揃っていますので、長期滞在される方にもオススメです。清潔感があり、かなり快適な滞在となりました。また、スタッフの方は英語が通じますので、コミュニケーションには困りませんでした。翌朝のタクシーの手配なども、快く手伝ってくれました。"

事前に「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストが出来ました。そのため、てっきり両方の部屋タイプがあるのかと思っていました。宿泊日の数日前にも、上記のリクエストを問うメールがありました。私は「喫煙ルーム」を希望しましたが、現地に行ってみたところ、全室禁煙とのこと。喫煙のために、わざわざ1階に下りて、屋外の喫煙スペースに行く必要があったのはかなり不便でした。全室禁煙ならば、「喫煙ルーム」「禁煙ルーム」のリクエストを問い、ゲストに期待させるのはナンセンスだと思いました。なお、客室の外は吹き抜けとなっており、外と繋がっています。そのため、蚊が多い印象がありました。蚊対策のグッズは用意しておいた方が良いでしょう。

For us the beds were a bit small, we are used to larger beds For a late check out they offer to stay in a common area and they charge 25 euro per person for this. I think this service should be offered complementary.

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

部屋においてあったホテルのリーフレットにはすべての宿泊が朝食付きと書いてあるのですが、実際は90BWPで頼まないと食べられません。

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"旧市街の中心でとても立地が良く、ホテルというよりも民泊に近いです。Googleでの口コミがだいぶ酷かったので色々と覚悟しておりましたが、そんな心配もなく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。特に冷凍庫付きの２ドア冷蔵庫は重宝しました。ホテルが表通りから下った位置にあるので、ちょうどこの部屋だけ通りから丸見えでした。気になるならカーテンを下げれば良いだけで、私は通りを行き交う人々を楽しく眺めておりました。割り当てられる部屋によっては、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。"

４泊でしたが清掃依頼の札が無いので依頼方法が分かりませんでした。扇風機があっただけでも助かりましたが、エアコンが完備されているともっと良かったです。Googleの口コミにもありましたが、シャワールーム側のロールカーテンが長さが足らずに窓全体を覆うことが出来ないので、シャワールームのドアの開閉には注意が必要です。それと下水の臭いが充満しているという口コミですが、センサー付きのアロマディフューザー（消臭機器？）が設置されていて人の行き交う昼間は問題ありませんでした（夜になるとセンサーが働かないので廊下は臭います）。

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

The fact that I had to spend only one day there😀. The appartment was already booked for the next day so I could not extend my stay.

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

"Very good value apartment sooo close to the gondola. Very comfortable for the two of us. We were able to extend our stay by an extra night to take advantage of great skiing conditions rather than leaving the room and packing up our stuff. Dominic was super helpful and efficient in organising this for us. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. Televisions in both lounge and bedroom and large ones too. Parking though it costs each day is a bonus - parking underground when cars were getting buried in the snow outside was fab! Looking at the prices of other places whilst Encamp is not the most buzzing place this aparthotel is definitely value for money."

Our room had a very small kitchenette as the stairs took away part of the apartment so would choose a different apartment next time. Not a criticism but an addition to what would be helpful to guests include: hooks on doors as the only hooks were in the bathroom and we really needed to hang up our wet ski gear! Also some notes advising guests of facilities eg how the rubbish system works with the different coloured bags and bins and if staying for a few days the rubbish containers in the apartment are too small, maybe a little more cutlery would be nice. Aparthotel can't do anything about it but please manager be aware that the police are starting to man the traffic very early and like blowing their whistles all the time from about 7.30!
