"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

The room has a kind of smell that made my nose uncomfortable. Maybe my nose is just sensitive to their air freshener if there was one.

"地下鉄駅天后から5分ちょい、トラムやバス停にも至近のアクセスの良さ。 周囲にコンビニや飲食店も複数あり、歩きやすい。 以前上環にあった源記甜品がホテル近くに移転してて嬉しかった！ 部屋はシャワーのみ、コンパクトながら、荷物を置きやすい広い台や電子レンジがあり、コンセントも多くて使いやすい。"

入室当初、少しだけ水回りの匂いがした事 フロントスタッフが口コミに書かれていたほど親切でも笑顔でもなく挨拶もなかった事 特に不快な点はないが淡々とした印象、口コミが良すぎて余計に感じたのかもですが笑

"The hosts met us upon arrival and explained the house to us. They were very friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating, going that extra mile to make what was an already fabulous trip even more memorable. Having a private garden added to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay here."

There wasn't any aspect we could criticise.

"*Edmar、Cora、Jona* 今回の滞在は彼らのおかげで、とても思い出深いものになりました。 7日間私はホテルに泊まっていると言うより､まるで自分の部屋にいるような感覚でリラックスし何の違和感も無く過ごせました。 必要なもの(冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・食器など)は全て揃っているしランドリーで洗濯もできるので着替えも最小限で良い。 3日目の夜中から明け方まで、非常識なカップルのせいで眠る事ができないトラブルに見舞われましたが、朝これを訴えたところ迅速に対応して頂き当該カップルは静かになり、再び熟睡できるようになりました。また彼らは早速耳栓も届けてくれました。常に『何か必要なことがありますか』と訊いて気にかけて下さり終始安心感の中で過ごすことができました。 立地がよく､マーライオン公園・ナショナルギャラリー・アジア文明博物館など全て歩いて行ける。クラークキー駅・ラッフルズプレイス駅両方使えて､リトルインディア・チャイナタウン・アラブストリート…どこに行くのも便利。 是非再び滞在したい良いホテルです。"

ボートキー川沿いの飲食店街にあり､店は午前3時まで営業。窓は二重窓になっているので店舗の喧騒は大して気にならないが､飲食店が終業して盛り上がったままホテルに帰って来る人のハイテンションな話し声は、壁が薄いのか聞こえてきます。

バス停がすぐ近くだし、電車の駅も徒歩圏内だが、お世辞にもきれいな街とは言えない場所にある。路地にはゴミが堆積していて、工事の関係でとても埃っぽかった。

"Gorgeous view of Treichville. Thoughtful renovations, like a luxury hotel. The kitchenette was adequate and I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. Hot showers and air conditioning. Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"設備も綺麗でWi-Fiも速いです。 とにかくスタッフのYUKAとその家族が一丸となって、もてなしてくれます。 朝食の準備から、ツアーの手配、バスや鉄道のチケット手配、空港の送迎手配まで何でも親身にやってくれます。 今まで何ヵ国も、幾つものゲストハウスに泊まってきましたが、ここまでアットホームに親身にサービスしてくれるゲストハウスは無かったと思います。 間違い無く世界中誰にでも勧められます！"

もっとスタッフの待遇を上げた方が良いですね。

"The room was spacious. Since i was there for 10 nights, the availability of free laundry was super practical. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had the nicest fish and chips."
