"旧市街の入口付近にあり、どこへ行くのもアクセス良好。 清潔で広くて部屋も最高でした。"

チェックイン時の女性スタッフは親切で、次来たときもこのホテルにしたいと思ってましたが、チェックアウト時の男性スタッフがあまりにも無愛想で一気に印象悪くなりました。 勿体無い。

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"Rooftop pool and spa was excellent..Room cleaned every day with fresh towels etc..Staff always were smiling..Beach 50 meters from hotel was amazing..Lots of restaurants to choose from and taxi rank bang opposite hotel..Fantastic 🙃"

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

"海の横に隣接してるホテルで、徒歩でビーチまであるけてゆっくりとした時間をすごせます。 部屋も申し分ないくらい大きいので、2人で来ても余るくらい大きいです。 空港からは少し遠いかもしれませんが、シティー、スーク、グランドモスク、タワーの方に行くには近いのでロケーションも問題なし"

寝室のカーテンの横の長さが足りないので、部屋が明るくて朝早く目覚めてしまう。 それと横が工事してたので少しうるさかったです。
