"Great location with lots to do for families. Staff were super helpful and very well trained in customer service. The pools were lovey, with a warm outdoor pool to relax in even when it's cold outside."
"The restaurants and grocery store on site were expensive. The apartment didn't have proper blinds so it was very bright in the morning- difficult to have a lie in!!"

"4泊5日泊まったのは「新館」でした。２部屋それぞれにトイレと浴室が付いており広くて部屋は快適でしたが、新館は本館から徒歩5、6分程度は離れており4月はまだ全面凍結の状態の中、簡単には行き来はできません。レストランもサウナも本館ですからご注意くださいさ"
