The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

夕食時にドリンクメニューを頼んだが、約10分対応がなく、3人目のスタッフが漸く対応してくれ、メニューリストはないので口頭から選ぶよう言われた。

細かいトコで、家具や電気設備の建付が悪いし、害獣対策のため宿泊してる部屋の窓が開かないとか、廊下が暗い、食事のメニューが全てのレストランで同じだとか、ワインリストでグラスワインに欠品あるとか、リゾートの割に余り長期滞在には向かないかなぁと思います。

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

"朝食は満足出来ました。日替りですが味噌スープも有り。アイスコーヒーのテイクアウトも問題無し、ホテル周辺にカフェが無い？ので助かりました。フィリピン人スタッフさん達は親切でフレンドリーな方が多かったと思います。ホテル内のビーチは小さいながら水も砂浜も綺麗、目の前をボートが行き来する雰囲気も素敵でした。市街地からは離れていますが、そこそこのレストランが周辺に3軒程あり、ミニマートが目の前に有り、周りに何も無いようでも不自由さは感じませんでした。 親切、安全重視の日系ダイビングショップのBlueMarineさんがホテル内にあるのでダイビング目的の方にも便利だと思います。私も大変お世話になり大満足のダイビング経験が出来ました。"

ハーバービューのお部屋にしましたが、隣の部屋と1つのドア(開かずの)で繋がっている作りで、隣の人の物音が酷いとかなり音が気になりました。隣の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音で夜中起きる事もしばしば。防音の事はあまり考えられていないように思いましたが、日本スタンダード基準での率直な感想です。

"朝食バッフェは種類が豊富でおいしかった。 スタッフが親切に部屋のアップグレード相談に対応してくれた。 ホテルのプールのみならず、プライベートビーチもあって素晴らしい。 価格は割高だがグロッサリーストアがあって良かった。 1台のみだが共有の洗濯機があってとても助かった。 レンタカー会社がレセプションに常駐していてレンタカーのみならずタクシー手配もしてくれて助かった。"

コンプリメントのミネラルウォーター補充が無かった。 オーシャンビューは素晴らしいが、プールサイドにスズメが大量にいて、フンがバルコニーに散見された。

Hotel is overall boring at night time. Practically no entertainment at night time while you can clearly hear music and entertainment coming from the neighboring resorts.

"12:30pmのボートで早めに島に渡りましたが、タオルを貸りることができ、チェックインの時間までプールに入ったりして楽しむことができました。宿泊は水上コテージで、実際には30分ほど早めに部屋の鍵をもらうことができ、とてもゆったりとした時間を過ごさせてもらいました。部屋は掃除が行き届いており、十分な広さで、滞在中海や海の生き物を身近に感じながらリラックスしました。 島なので当然車が走っていないこともあり、騒ぐ人たちもおらず、とても静かで穏やかな時間が流れています。夜のビュッフェと朝食ビュッフェを頂きましたが、フランス領というだけあって美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーに接してくださり、総じて良い滞在でした。たまたま水上コテージが取れましたが、人気なので空いていたら是非宿泊されることをお勧めします！"
