"The strong point of this accommodation is the location. 200 meters from the metro, so the transport to the airport took half an hour. Easy to get to the center. Across the road is a bus station and behind it is a train station. Easy check in and check out. Good room facilities. Generally I can recommend this accommodation especially suitable before early morning flight next day (easy connection to airport and to the city center also). (Tip: If you buy paper ticket for the metro, it is valid only for day when was bought, not for next day)."

"It's a matter of preference, but the beds were too soft for me (I prefer harder ones because of my spine). Small desk, couldn't work on the computer. Bathroom - everything works, but it's small, the shower is connected to the sink and not separated from the toilet (but - this is a common solution in Bulgaria, also in other hotels)."

"The property is absolutely perfect. It was clinically clean and in an excellent location and convenient to everywhere. There are lovely little bakeries and coffee shops next door. There is a Billa supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. There is a Happy restaurant right beside it. The metro is nearby. We had the property for 8 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The owner is a gentleman and was extremely helpful. I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Everything from start to finish was 5 star. I was apprehensive about booking an apartment as we’ve always stayed in hotels. But I’ve no regrets and in my opinion was better than a hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it as I know you won’t be disappointed."

"部屋がとてもカビ臭い。とても居られない臭い。 Wi-Fiやテレビは繋がらない。(角部屋だからと言われました) 水回り含めて清潔さは感じられない。"

"・受付の人当たりが良かった。クリスさんという方で日本語勉強中らしい。 ・値段は1泊6000円程度、その価値は十分にあるホテル。 ・長距離バスターミナルや（トルコからの寝台列車が着く）ソフィア駅から徒歩圏内（メトロだと1.5駅分くらい）中心のセルディカ駅へも徒歩圏内で立地良し。 ・シャワーは水圧十分。お湯もでる。手洗いの蛇口の栓？を引くとシャワーに切り替わる。 ・Wi-Fi、バスタオル、ジャンプー、トイレットペーパー、ハンガーに加えて冷蔵庫まで付き。 ・特にうるさいと感じることなく、よく眠れました。たぶん9時頃から部屋の掃除が始まるので、人によっては起こされることになるかも。 ・部屋に行くまでにカギ3回くらい開ける必要があり、セキュリティはしっかりしていると感じました。 ・受付奥に椅子付きのテラス（庭みたいなの）がある。喫煙もできそう。私は吸わない人なので未確認。"

"・チェックアウト後夜行バスや列車を待つ、スマホが充電できるようなスペースはない。中央バスターミナル2階に充電できるスペースがあったので私は問題なかったです。 ・個人経営っぽいので、フロントは24時間ではない。チェックインアウトの時間連絡は大事と感じました。 ・両替とかも受付の持ち合わせがない時は対応してもらえない。スーパーで水1本とか適当に買うとお釣り貰えると思うので、問題ではないと思います。 ・チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは18時まで。書いてる情報と違う？かも。預けるときに要確認。私はその時間を過ぎてしまった。親切に対応してくれましたけどね。 ・色々書いたけど、ここに泊まって良かったと思います。"

"Fantastic experience: the host was incredibly helpful and the apartment exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless and even nicer in person. It was very well equipped, with all the basic essentials and towels, kitchen utensils, a microwave to heat up food, and even a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s air conditioning in case it gets hot. It was also really quiet - no noise from outside. The Wi-Fi worked well, and all the appliances were fully functional. The location is super convenient, close to public transport and about a 10-minute walk from Sofia’s city center. It felt like a very safe neighborhood - I didn’t feel uneasy even when walking around late at night. For 5 nights, considering the location and the quality of the apartment, the price was truly great value! The host was always quick to respond, gave clear instructions, and showed real care for their guests."
