"The apartment is in a fantastic location with only 5 minute walk into Paraiso for shops or visit Hard Rock hotel and many other bars and restaurants and was an exceptional price for 7 nights in August. Anna greeted us on arrival and was very nice to allow us to check in slightly early due to flight time. The pool area is amazing, lots of beds and kept very clean each day, never had to rush down for beds in morning."

"The main issue with this apartment which would stop us booking again is that it has NO AIR CONDITIONING. This made our stay difficult with it being so hot in August, even with all the windows open the apartment gets very hot which makes sleeping difficult and getting ready to go out on an evening myself and my wife could not stop sweating. We knew about the 1 toilet situation before arriving so that was not an issue but can see that it would be if travelling with friends."

"The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all essential amenities including cutlery, plates, washing machine, oven, and microwave. Adequate towels were provided, including beach towels, which was very convenient. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely ocean view and a perfect spot to have breakfast. The owner, Dalius, was friendly and helpful. Another great advantage was the ease of getting a taxi to the airport by simply asking the concierge at the nearby Malibu Park Hotel (located right in front of the apartment). The location is also very practical — there are plenty of supermarkets within walking distance for groceries. Fañabé Beach and La Pinta Beach are about a 25-minute walk away, while Playa del Duque is around 40 minutes. Aqualand is very close (just a 5-minute walk), and Siam Park and Siam Mall can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot."
