"Mid 40s male receptionist with glasses He needs to be much more professional in guest relations and to learn how to handle challenged situations. It’s a 5* hotel and the level of customer service is very important - arguing with guests is not ideal . However the rest of the team was very nice."

"Wonderful hotel. I recommend it. Wonderful location on the shore of a picturesque beach. Newly renovated rooms. Varied food. Friendly staff, good service. When we left the hotel, we forgot a piece of jewelry, the staff did everything to return it to us. For which we are sincerely grateful! I think we will return to this hotel for a vacation in picturesque Croatia."

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony — perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Having an allocated parking spot was a big plus, too. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us some homemade orahovac to try, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
