"We got a room in the second floor with a balcony, has a nice view, the hotel is in general clean, some personal are not that kind, but overall the personel is very friendly and warm. It has many restaurants and they offer a variable menu for a mid-long saty, the drinks are not the best but for the price is reasonable, some nights they have shows, but we didn't assist to any, the hotel is located in front of the beach which is clean and really nice, also the property has parking"

"We got two rooms, the one with one bed near the reception in the first floor had a few cockroaches, it was a clean room but this is not acceptable. Some of the hotel buildings look a bit old."

When I informed the hotel via a booking.com message that my wife and I were celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary, the e-concierge, Valeria, worked diligently with me to plan our anniversary. What she did for us completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, Valeria. The staff were all friendly and well trained and the all inclusive food and drinks exceeded our expectations. The beach and pool facilities are also adequate. I was especially impressed that when we were lying on the beach, the staff came to get our complimentary drink and meal order and brought it right to us. You can even spend the whole day on deck chairs on the private beach. The location and value for money are also excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cancun."

"景観以外全て。マットレスはボロボロ、椅子にガムがへばりついている、床が汚い、お風呂の汚れがひどい、クッションはかびていて、部屋にたくさんの虫が出る。水道の蛇口は取れそうで手が洗えない。 長期滞在にも関わらずタオルは替えてくれないし、清掃も入らない。 OceanDreamというホテルの一室だが、そのホテルのタオルなどは貸してもらえない。荷物を預けるのも20ドルかかる。 あまりに部屋が汚く、ひどいので、清掃に入るように言ったが対応はなし。連絡も途中でできなくなりました。最低の宿。最低のホスト。 泊まれないほど汚いので、すぐ他の宿を予約し直しました。もちろん返金はなしです。 Everything but the view. Mattresses are falling apart, gum is sticking to the chairs, floors are dirty, bathtub is stained, cushions are moldy, lots of bugs in the room. The water faucet seems to come off and you can't wash your hands. They don't change towels and don't go in for cleaning even though we are staying for a long time. The room is part of a hotel called OceanDream, but they don't rent towels from that hotel. It costs 20USD to leave your luggage. The room was so dirty and terrible that I asked them to go in and clean it, but there was no response. I was not able to contact them or get a hold of them in the middle of the day. Worst accommodation. Worst host. The room was so dirty that I couldn't stay there, so I immediately rebooked another place to stay. No refund of course."
