"This was my 5th time staying here. What I liked especially this stay was: -Always had hot water -Friendly staff, especially the camarista Valeria -Nice food at the restaurant -Hotel is beautiful -Air con in the room"

悪い点：

"While in the middle of our stay, they said that they would stop giving out water bottles to us. Which would be annoying, as you would either have to buy water yourself or fill a bottle yourself just at reception. But in the end they just gave us water anyway, so not sure if they changed their mind?"

"Que no tuvieran servicio de comida. Al menos deberían tener un servicio sencillo de cafetería o habilitar una cafetera en la habitación."

"The charm of the building and its huge airy rooms with high ceilings. It is a wonderful slice of Mexican history. The staff were helpful and welcoming."

"Inevitably its position on the main Zocaló means the front-facing rooms are noisier; next time we will go for one of the rooms at the back."
