良い点：

"The resort was fantastic. The food in the Caribe buffet was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The entertainment shows we’re very good."

悪い点：

"Our only disappointment was our room. Our standard room in the Caribe was very tired looking and really needed a total renovation. The chambermaids did a good job in keeping it clean but re-decoration in the bedroom and a new bathroom were needed."

"Beachfront location, convenient for water parks"

悪い点：

"Starting to show signs of ageing - handles falling off drawers, doors not closing properly. And the room had a smell that it hadn’t been used / aired for a while. And the double beds were v small and very soft, meaning that 2 people roll together you feel every movement"

"Amazing room and beach. Food was really good and lots of restaurant choices. Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Quetzabel and the team at the Palapa restaurant. We also loved the wildlife around the room."
