"The hotel is in a beautiful location. It has all amenities including a tasty bfast. The icehotel itself has been beautifully made. The sleeping bags were incredibly comfortable and warm!"

"Regretfully, the icehotel has suffered from the warm days and some heavy rains of the last 2 weeks (but we could still visit and sleep in it)."

"1人用の部屋に宿泊しましたが、部屋は広く、清潔でした。 また朝ごはんのビュッフェがとても良く、フィヨルドを見渡せる部屋から美味しい朝ごはんを食べることができました。 スタッフの人も優しく、色々助けてもらいました。 静かな雰囲気の小さめで良いホテルだったので、また機会があればここに泊まりたいです。"
悪い点：
"日本人にとっては部屋のドアの開け方が少し難しく感じるかもしれません。 鍵をガチャって回してもドアノブは動かないです。そこからさらに鍵を力ずくで回すと勝手にドアが開きます。 でも分からなくても電話したら助けに来てくれました。"

"We loved everything about this incredible hotel; from every single member of the amazing staff, the location in the incredible surrounds of Alta (but only a 20min drive to town) to the relaxed Hygge vibe and opportunities to see the Aurora and do snowy activities! It has beautiful furnishings, a fantastic fire (!) and is immaculately clean. The chef created some amazing food also."

"The activities are expensive (due to £ vs NOK) , but worth it and there is clear pricing on their website."

"It was cosy , clean and had all the requirements we needed , great bed nice warm cosy cabin .Great trips Nikol and James excellent northern light and husky walk the morning / definitely recommend super friendly guys and we got to see the lights."
悪い点：
"Nothing much , staff that worked in the office could have been friendlier, like greet and show a interest when you come for breakfast, but not much more to mention . Great stay"
