"パイネ国立公園に行く前日と、帰ってきた日に利用しました。スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。パイネに行く日の朝は、to goの朝食を用意してくれました。パイネ国立公園に行っている間はスーツケースを預かってくれましたし、帰ってきて2回目のチェックインの時はすでにチェックインの準備を整えて待ってくれていた上にスーツケースは既に部屋に置いておいてくれました。部屋には手洗いした洗濯物を乾かせるヒーターハンガーがあり助かりました。併設するレストランも夜遅くまでやっていて美味しかったです。"

"Good location and although a simple hotel, it was clean and comfortable and net our needs for a night stay twice before and after going to Torres del Paine. Staff were super helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel when we went into the national park. Breakfast was adequate."

"Nice and modern hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room and bed itself was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed our welcome drink at the rooftop terrace."
