"周りは山の静かな環境で、めちゃくちゃ掃除が行き届いた綺麗な部屋、美味しい朝食(クリームチーズがあって嬉しかった。牛乳が甘くて美味しかった)、なによりオーナー一家が親切にしてくれ忘れられない滞在になった。オーナーはとても真面目で優しく、家の周りの遺跡に連れていってくれ、色々なことを教えてくれた。3泊したが、もっと居れば良かった。今直ぐにでも戻りたい。 Ughtassar Petroglyphsツアーが最高だった。幸いにもブルガリアからの旅行者のツアーに参加させてもらい料金をシェアできた。タクシーでは行けないようなガタガタ道をジープで行くのですが、道中いろんな鳥や動物がいて、お花が咲いていて、まるで天国のようだった。山にも登って、熊に遭遇した。アルメニアに来たなら、このリゾートに泊まり、Ughtassarに行った方がいい。それぐらいおすすめです。 近くの見所にもハイキングがてら歩いて行けます。"

"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. "This is not a standard hotel or gite or whatever, this is a special place. Expect no luxury here, this is not what Karims guesthouse is about. It is about being in a small village and in nature. Basically, this is as close to a home stay as you can book on Booking. You can choose a room or the stilted house (recommended) in a garden full of interesting plants. Your water comes from a well or the river, your coffee directly from the bushes around you, and the food from...actually I don't know where, but it is amazing. One of the Kpime waterfalls is just a short, but nice walk away, and you can roam the village or take a long walk to Yikpa waterfall (~4 h one way). And when you come back, you lay in a hammock with a fresh and local cocoa or sit in the garden. And the best, you don't need to be in Kpalime, with all the chaos, noise, and smells. Although it is something different, I really enjoyed my stay. Karim is a fantastic host and La montagne verde exactly my type of stay."

Just be aware what you are booking, and there is nothing negative about it.

"大自然の中でありながらウランバートルからのアクセスも良く、オーナーいわく空港からも直接アクセス出来るためトランジットでの利用も可能とのこと。今後は独日往来の際にウランバートル経由も積極的に考慮したくなる素晴らしい滞在だった。 ウランバートルからの送迎、本格的モンゴル式乗馬のレッスン、心温まる素朴な食事。(全て有料)"

シャワーが使えないのは水が凍ってしまう冬だから当たり前、氷点下25℃という環境下での屋外トイレも覚悟の上、こういった点を差し引いても、満天の星を眺め、草原の静けさを独占出来た事は生涯の思い出。完璧な宿泊施設を求める人には不向きかも知れない。

"バルコニー付きの広い部屋、素晴らしい笑顔のオーナー、美味しい食事、そして、滞在時は貸切でした。 中庭での食事は、お花もあり、ライトアップもステキです。 到着時にお願いしたレモンジュースの美味しさにまず感激。 夜の食事の壺煮込み料理も最高です。柘榴の大盛りデザートにもまたびくり！ 朝食のチーズやパン、チュニジアのお菓子もおいしかったです。 夜は満天の星空、明け方は、大きな鶏の声、陽が昇ると多くの鳥の鳴き声、カイルアンの別荘生活を満喫しました。"

訪問時はナビの指示で進むと狭い道にはまりましたが、 帰りは教えていただいた道でスムーズに広い道に出ることができました。 シャワーのお湯の調整がちょっと難しかったですが、 置いてあったタライを使うとちょうど良い具合いになりました。

I'm a bit of a wuss and didn't enjoy the cold shower. (the only thing that stopped me giving a 10) Oddly the next door neighbour started playing really loud music at 7.00 a.m. on two of the mornings I was there, although I understand this won't be a problem moving forward.

"Fabrice was an awesome host and staying at the house felt very authentic. As for all of Raiatea, it is important to know that you should rent a car as otherwise you would not be able to really enjoy the island. Since the house does not have walls or air conditioning, of course, there are mosquitoes and it can get very hot during the day. But this is clearly laid out in the description of the accommodation and I would consider this being part of the experience. There are multiple fans in the house. Make sure to bring and put insect repellent."

The army of roosters in the neighborhood holding their nightly crowing competition from 1 am to 5 am :-) Earplugs or noise canceling headphones are highly recommended.
