"Sehr großes Grundstück mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool, große Wiese, Gemeinschaftsraum draußen mit einem Kühlschrank. Sehr großes Gebäude mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Billardtisch, Tischfußball. Ruhige Umgebung und alles ist eingezäunt. Nette Gastgeberin."

Beleuchtung draußen ist etwas wenig.

"ランドリーが無料で使えた。洗剤も置いてくれていた。 キッチンは必要な道具全て揃っていて、食洗機もあるため片付けが楽。 冷蔵庫に前の人が置いてったものとか試せて楽しかった。 清掃はしっかりされた。 内装が可愛い、クッションやソファ。"

廊下にいる人の声や床の音はかなり聞こえた。 トイレの水がなかなか流せない。スタッフはいない。

"Big spacious villa with a great view. It had a well equiped kitchen, great pool which is cleaned once a week. The owner is very kind and informative."

I had have to pay for electricity, second bedroom was closed because we pay for couple. No key's to main gate, need's to ask landlord to open gate every time.

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"清潔で備品も完璧に揃っていました 住宅地ではあるが静かでとても過ごしやすい環境でした 備え付けのシャンプーも（ラックスではないほう）がとても良かった 部屋もたくさんあり友人同士でもプライバシーが保てる点も良かった Wi-Fiトラブルで連絡した折はLINEを繋いで迅速に対応いただけ助かりました"

ワーケーションで利用しましたので仕事をするためのデスク、タオル類をかけておく物干しかあると便利、掃除機もあると良かった Wi-Fiが繋がらなくなる時間帯が1日の間で必ずあった（昼過ぎが多かった）点が少し残念でした

The only issue we encountered is no hot water early in the morning. I guess the solar system is not storing the hot water . The master bathroom should have a shower curtain if someone wants to shower instead of soaking in the bathtub

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.
