"Thanks to the staff for their excellent attention. Everything was great: the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee quality was excellent. I also really liked the architecture, it's truly impressive. In addition, the cleanliness was outstanding; you can tell they pay attention to every detail. The neighborhood feels very safe and pleasant, and the value for money is very good. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Quito."

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
