"The staff were exceptional, beginning with our check in with Chris, who gave us numerous tips of where to go and a recommendation of a travel agent a block away. The rooms were spacious (king bed) and well appointed. They had thought of everything needed. An all-day snack and coffee station was availabile and the breakfast was overseen by very helpful staff. It was an excellent stay while we were planning our tours."

"Great location, only a few minutes walk from ferry dock. Room was lovely, nice comfy bed, big bathroom, safe, fridge, hammock on balcony. Cold filtered water available, good breakfast - hot option and fresh fruit/juice, yogurts/cereals. Coffee machine for 24/7 coffee, free snacks. Friendly staff"

"The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was excellent…Ana was always there to take care of us. Very clean. The bed & pillows were very comfortable!"
"Street noise was loud. There was a dog which barked several nights almost non stop. We used our ear plugs & fan app every night. I realize this is not something the hotel has control, and being so close to the Main Street was a definite plus. So, maybe provide a fan for white noise or ear plugs. No good answer. But just be aware that the street noise can be troublesome."
"We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch."

"La atención del personal, la hamaca paraguaya del balcón, ¿Y el tipo de cerradura de la puerta principal que aparte? Nos tenían preparados. Una llave para cada uno podíamos entrar al salir independientemente.!!!"
"En televisor de la habitación era totalmente arcaico y descontinuado, no era smart. Por lo que para nosotros resultó imposible acceder. ¿A las aplicaciones que tenemos contratadas en los celulares personales? No podemos usarlo para nada!!!"
