"Rooms are spread over several terraces with lots of flowers. We were on the top and had a great view. Being at elevation, it's nice and cool at night. No fans needed. Great new showers with good hot water. They have a pump system through which there is still water when the power is out. A generator is turned on if there is a power cut in the morning or evening. The restaurant is very good. During lunch it is particularly well visited. For breakfast and dinner it's primarily hotel guests. Great breakfast with lots of fruits and good bread. Dinner was a daily changing dish by a daily rotating local chef. Large parking lot. Nearby attractions are Monte Café and Cascata de São Nicolau."

We arrived right on the day of a big storm which primarily hit the highlands. For the next few days CST, the telephone company, was everywhere fixing lines. There was no wifi for the whole two days we were at the hotel. It is possible that this was a consequence of the storm. We made it work with mobile data. The hotel sells credits if you have a CST Sim card.

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "This is the best place where you can stay! It's clean and comfortable and maybe not in the very center town but you meet a very nice , friendly and lovely family. In Italy we say "you find a friend, you find a treasure", this is what you're going to live."

このお家に限った話ではありませんが、冬のバクーは乾燥がすごいのでご注意ください。

"Although a 30-40 minute bus ride from Chania town, Summer Lodge is a Fantastic place if you want to be away from the busy places. A peaceful and pretty hotel with a Lovely vibe...There are places nearby to get food and drink and the mostly deserted beach is just a few minutes walk away. The bus stops are close by also - So nothing was ever too much effort. The owners of the property were kind, chatty and helpful. And last but not least the two cats at the hotel were a Joy to be around !! If I get the chance to go back to Chania I would definitely stay at this hotel again !9"

Being near the main road, although handy can be a bit noisy at times but it never bothered me too much. The individual refrigerator in the room was very noisy and I did wake up to it a couple of times.

"Mr. Maurits was really nice and friendly. He offered us a lot of tips from Aruba. He was with us at the biggest supermarket in Aruba. The place was very nice with all you need for a long stay. The pool was perfect."

"オーナーがとても親切でフレンドリー、日本語もバッチリ。自炊、簡単な調理が出来るので近くのスーパーで買い物すれば安く上がる。サイパンの繁華街ガラパンにありマックも徒歩2分！へやにテレビは無いが徒歩2分でビーチを朝夕散歩して朝日、夕日を堪能。"

ベッドの横に棚が欲しかった。飲み物やスマホを置くような物があるといい。
