"Location (sloths/dolphins everywhere), lovely community feel with meals together, rustic element to it, amazing food, reasonably priced beers!"

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Magical spot in nature with exceptional views and epic sunrise view from bed. The whole property crafted with love and creative artistic features. Loved the whole place, rustic and good quality. Having access to the beautiful pool with a view also a massive bonus. Very sad to leave, so happy to have stayed for four nights. Peter. Rocio and Santiago are exceptional hosts."

Somehow the sauna loses steam very fast. Hot-tub was extra and pretty expensive.

A little more effort on the cleaning (towels with stain) would have been nice, place is difficult to get to but that's part of the charm

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. В номере розетки все шатались, гирлянда на ёлке билась током, полотенце были не очень чистые.

"It was a pleasant stay. We all enjoyed alot. Yasir the manager was very helpful and accommodating of our requests. Watchman was also very polite and helpful. Shops nearby. Beach was superb! Private Pool was clean and enjoyable for kids and adults alike. Overall we had a great time."

Many mosquitos in the location in summer, so don't forget to take replents.

"new villas with a great shared pool and a lovely beach area. Located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is functional and well equipped — perfect for someone looking for calm, relaxation, and privacy. Cami, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay"

"the bungalow was clean and confortable, breakfast was very complete with cheese, eggs, meat,salad... the space is quiet and just next to the river. there is WiFi in the restaurant and hammocks and chairs to chill in the compound. Good value for money."

There was no hot water in the showers, otherwise we would have stayed another night.
