service didn't include the romantic pack I asked before we arrived, they brought it after but I think it's not the same impact.

Shower/toiilet room was quite chilli. The floor was very cold. Water in shower had an unpleasent smell.

"スタッフの方がとても親切で、現地でのお得な情報(お土産や美味しい飲食店)もたくさん教えてくださった。現地でのぶっちゃけた話も聞けて楽しかったです。 直前にツアーの手配を依頼したにもかかわらず、迅速に対応してくださって大変助かった。 日本人スタッフの方も居て、英語に自信がない方でも泊まりやすいと感じた(常駐してる訳ではないですが、英語のみ対応可能なスタッフでも、翻訳で意思疎通ができるので特に困ることはない)。 中心部に行きやすい立地で、飲食店も周りにあるので食事にも困らない。"
