"古いホテルだったが、室内、特にバスルームは完全にきれいに清潔に改装されていた。 大きなホテルでは無かったが、スタッフもファミリアーで定宿として使うには素晴らしい。"

レストランに行くためにタクシーを呼んでもらったが、そのタクシーはウランバートルでは普通のいわゆる 白タクシーで、とても汚かった。帰りのエストランでタクシーでも呼んでもらったが、段階に応じて料金が 異なることが分かった。タクシー代は高くないので、最上級クラスのタクシーを予約してもらうことを お勧めします。

Nothing. Can’t comment on local restaurants, shops etc as didn’t leave the hotel. I understand there isn’t a supermarket within walking distance but only a few mins in a taxi (we drove past it on way to the marina) and shop on site has a good selection of toiletries .

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via [email protected]. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

"日本人です。今回3泊させていただきました。滞在全てを通じて大変満足しており、サフィールさんを選んで良かったと帰国後も思い口コミを書かせていただいております。ホテルは全体的に清潔で、汚いなあと思うことは1回もありませんでした。入り口にはセキュリティゲートがあり、スタッフさんも十分にいらっしゃいましたので、セキュリティ面は安心できるかと思います。また、ホテル前に車を駐車しやすいです。近くにもう1つ「サフィール」というホテルがあるそうでタクシー等使われる際には目的地を明確に伝えることをお勧めします。スタッフさんはとても親切で英語も伝わります。フロントや朝食のシーンにおいて、フレンドリーかつ丁寧に接客してくださいます。口コミを参考にされた皆さまが訪問される時期にあるかは分かりませんが、朝食にて目の前で調理してくださるオムレツは大変おいしく、3日間全ていただきました。笑 3泊しましたが、朝食は内容が少しづつ変化し、毎朝楽しめました。レストランの花が毎日変わっていることにも感動しました。また、滞在中お部屋のクリーニングをしてくださった8F担当のEmodさんには感謝しています。毎日綺麗に清掃していただき、ベッドライナーを使用した遊び心は日本にはなかなか無いサービスで、毎日帰ってくるのが楽しみでした。偶然お会いした際には日本に対する愛情を伝えてくださりとても感動しました。また会える日を楽しみにしています。"

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. "The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!
