"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained although not very newly equipped"

Would be useful to have more towels in the room

"Breakfast was fantastic. The meal we had at the restaurant was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking included was good. The facilities were excellent, including swimming, ice skating, curling, etc"
