"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"建物は新しくありませんが、清掃が行き届いていて快適です。ツインルームでしたが広さは十分で、バスタブもありました。ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。テレビは比較的新しいタイプのものだと思います。朝食は種類豊富でおいしかったです。スタッフの接客もよかったです。聖ポール天主堂跡、セナド広場、カテドラルなど世界遺産が徒歩圏内で立地抜群。最寄りのバスの本数が多く、24:00近くでも運行していました"

最寄りのバス停からは公園の階段を上り下りするか、少し迂回して坂道を上り下りしなければなりません。大きなスーツケースを携えていると、少し体力がいりますが許容範囲です

シャワーがどう考えても外に水が漏れる作りになっており、気を遣いながら浴びなければならないのは改善してほしい点です。また、食洗機はきれいに落ちず手洗いでやり直したり、洗濯をするだけなのに3時間かかり靴下がボロボロになりました。もう一点、アイロンの場所があったにも関わらず本体がありませんでした。 設備がもっと改善されると滞在のグレードも上がるため、期待したいところです。

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"It is clear that the hotel has recently undergone renovation. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

"・空港行きのエアコーチとダブリンバス及び各種のツアーバスが発着するオコンネルストリートの北端から徒歩３〜４分のところにあり（ただし結構な上り坂)、中心部のテンプルバーまでも歩いて10分ほどで行けるため、とても便利なロケーション。 ・フロントスタッフは皆親切だった。 ・朝食が７時からのコンチネンタルブッフェ（ソーセージなどの温かい料理はないが、ハム・ゆで卵・生野菜等はある）か７時半からのフルアイリッシュブレックファストの好きな方を選べるところ。 ・湯沸かし器とコーヒー（インスタント）・紅茶が付いているし、毎日ミネラルウォーターが提供される。"

・施設自体かなり古いため、廊下を歩く人の足音などがかなり響く。また、クローゼットが小さくて使いにくい（その代わり収納用の引出しはたくさんあった）。 ・四つ星なのに部屋に金庫が付いていない。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋はそれ程多くないようなので、バスタブ付きを希望の場合には、事前にリクエストしたうえでチェックイン時にしっかり確認する必要がある。

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"ラウンジが快適。アルコールが飲める方は、かなりお得。 イスラムのお国がら、飲酒は困難。夜食事中の飲酒は、物凄く高額。 今回、ラウンジでお昼12：30から夜21：50までビ－ル・ワインは 飲めて、木曜日夜はカクテルもあり、かなりお得。 ラウンジ付き部屋は高額だが、飲酒・毎回の夕食代・サウナ利用・プ－ル・ビ－チ無料 何かとVIP対応を考慮すると、１泊料金は安価。 部屋の掃除のほか、ペットボトル・トイレットペーパーの追加・タオル交換が夜に入ります。 ペットボトル・枕元のチョコレート・バスルームアイテムで溢れるほど。 毎日晴れて、お昼は、41-42℃。 バルコニーに持参した洗濯紐をかけ、ハンガーや折り畳み洗濯干したら、カラカラに乾き、 水着もハンカチも、靴下も気持ちよく、快適。"

最寄駅地下鉄の駅から、徒歩２０分位かかります。 タクシーは、現金のみ。 ウ－バ－利用が便利。(英語必須）

"Lovely spot. Pool and beach fabulous. Our beachfront room was great, comfy beds and room had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, lots of laughs and great service. Restaurant meals and breakfasts were delicious. Spa massage was simply divine! We loved our stay thank you 🤩"

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

駐車場が少ないのでハイシーズンは不便かもしれない。
