Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

気候的・場所的に仕方のない事なんですが、蟻が一杯庭から入ってきます。蟻と共存です。誰のせいでもありません。 下の階はお湯が出ないのと、クーラーがないので（ファンのみ）日中はとても暑いので注意です。 コンセントのアダプターがないので持って行ってください。ドライヤー等はありません。

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."
Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.
